📃 Position: React Developer 💵 Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000 🕛 Job Type: Full Time ⌛ Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Front End Developer with expertise in React to join our team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications using React.js. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into high-quality code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features and components for web applications using Next js and React Js.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Front End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Next.js and React.js projects.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, and related web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles, including component lifecycle, state management, and hooks.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux.
• Hands-on experience with TanStack Query for efficient data fetching, caching, and state management
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of modern web design principles, responsive design techniques, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
