Built and independently operate a subscription-based exam-preparation SaaS platform from the ground up, covering frontend, backend, infrastructure, and content systems.

Designed and built the full product (Next.js frontend, Express/PostgreSQL/Prisma backend) including subscription billing with bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment verification.
Built a multi-provider AI question-generation system (Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral) with per-provider API key rotation and a shared model catalog for cost and reliability control.
Built a broadcast automation system using BullMQ workers to distribute exam content to Telegram and Facebook at scale.
Diagnosed and resolved a production incident where an exhausted Upstash Redis quota was causing BullMQ workers to enter infinite retry loops and take down the exam-categories API.
